Soo is Global Head of Performing Credit Research and is responsible for leading the research process across performing credit and the CLO & CBO platform. She is Co-Chair of the U.S. Performing Credit Investment Committee and the Research Review Committee, a voting member of the European Performing Credit Investment Committee and the ACO Investment Committee, and a member of the ESG Committee and the GIPS Committee. Soo is also Co-Portfolio Manager of the Anchorage Multi-Asset Credit Fund. She joined Anchorage Capital Group, L.L.C. as a Senior Analyst in April 2009 and is based in the New York office. Prior to joining, she worked at Goldman Sachs most recently as a Vice President and one of six industry heads in the Americas Special Situations group. Prior to this role, she was a member of the Investment team in the Distressed Debt Principal Investing group. Soo has a total of 24 years of experience in the financial services industry and received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she was a Tau Beta Pi scholar.
