Patrick is responsible for leading the negotiating and structuring of recapitalizations, workouts, and special situation investments. He is also a voting member of the ACO Investment Committee. He joined Anchorage Capital Group, L.L.C. as a Restructuring Director in June 2016 and is based in the New York office. Prior to joining, he worked at Moelis & Co. where he was a Vice President in the Recapitalization and Restructuring Group. Prior to his time at Moelis & Co., Patrick worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he was a Senior Associate in the Accounting Advisory and Assurance Services group. Patrick has a total of 19 years of experience in the financial services industry and received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with honors, and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware, where he also graduated with honors.
