Mia Qian joined Anchorage Capital Advisors, L.P. in 2024 and is based in the New York office. Mia is a member of the U.S. Performing Credit Investment Committee. Before joining, she was most recently an Associate Portfolio Manager at Brigade Capital Management. Prior to joining Brigade Capital Management, Mia was at Morgan Stanley where she held many positions including Executive Director, Trader on the U.S. Leveraged Loan Desk and Head of Global CLO Research. Mia received a M. Eng in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in both Electrical Engineering and Management Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
