In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Andrew is responsible for overseeing Fund Accounting, Client Service, Corporate Accounting, and Tax & Transaction Management. He is a member of the Management Committee, the Operating Committee, the Operational Risk & Security Committee, the Proxy Voting Committee, the Valuation Committee, and the GIPS Committee. He presently serves as Chair emeritus of the Tax Committee of the MFA. Andrew joined Anchorage Capital Group, L.L.C. in 2016 as the Global Head of Tax and is based in the New York office. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Head of Tax at Perry Capital. Prior to joining Perry Capital, Andrew was at PwC. Andrew has a total of 24 years of experience in the financial services industry and received an M.Sc. and a B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University.
